SSF has the opportunity to select and nominate maximum two candidates to JSPS, who makes the decision on fellowships. For information on JSPS, see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jsps-sto.com\/\">www.jsps-sto.com<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application deadline is <strong>February 28, 2018<\/strong>.
