As many as 49 applications were submitted for the framework grant “Research collaboration with Taiwan”. Three of these will each receive a grant of 10 million SEK over a period of five to six years.<\/p>\n
The call is intended to stimulate bilateral, collaborative interdisciplinary research of the highest international quality in the fields of natural science, engineering or medicine with the goal to improve society. SSF has for several years established bilateral cooperation with Japan and South Korea. To strengthen Sweden’s position\u00a0further in a dynamic region, it is strategically important to promote research exchange with Taiwan as well.<\/p>\n
