Summary
This programme combines Nano with X-Nitrides and X-Opto.The primary aims are to develop novel optoelectronic devices, light emitters and detectors, based on nitride quantum wires and dots, with an extended performance, compared to available III-V based optoelectronics. Four junior researchers will be educated within central areas in nano science.
