Summary
Even though spectroscopy is used as a standard procedure in industrial research, newly developed theoretical models, simulation and analysis and measurement methods are not particularly widespread. The aim is to raise the level of expertise by including people with both theoretical and practical/industrial experience in projects based on synchrotron spectroscopy. Young researchers will be able to work with internationally distinguished visiting researchers at the MAX laboratory and develop into experts on the application of organic thin film science.
