They receive strategic mobility in 2023

In the SSF Strategic Mobility programme, researchers are given the opportunity for one to two years to change workplace from academia/research institute to business/authority/hospital, or vice versa. The 2023 grant recipients have now been appointed.

Ten million SEK is distributed among nine projects. The goal of the program is to increase knowledge transfer and cross-fertilization between different sectors and to give researchers the opportunity to develop in a new environment.

The projects this year have a wide range of topics. One is about developing efficient separation systems to be able to produce food from biomass through fermentation, another wants to develop a cobalt-free binder for hard metals used, for example, in the automotive and aviation industries. A third project focuses on the next generation mobile network technology 6G and its channel coding.
