Utlysningen avser 17 bidrag på vardera sex milj kr för fyra års forskning med möjlighet till fortsatt finansiering i ytterligare två år efter utvärdering. Det är alltså 102 milj kr som avsatts för denna utlysning. Till detta kommer tre milj kr som anslås till ledarskapsutbildning för mottagarna.
