Summary
INTERACT 2009, IFIP's 12th international conference on Human Computer Interaction, is organized in Uppsala, August 24-28 2009. INTERACT is one of the major international high quality conferences in the field and attracts between 400-800 delegates from all over the world. Given that the conference is organized by International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) that sorts under UNESCO it is truly international and does not have any commercial interests. One of the goals of the conference is to attract younger attendants and to be truly international why we seek support to be able to reduce the registration fee for participants in general and for students in particular. We hereby seek support to cover costs for international speakers and grants to be able to subsidize student participation in the conference. Your support will play an important role for third world participants as well as for students for their possibilities of participating at all.
