Summary
Main objectives: The project aims to implement and evaluate Process-Based Therapy (PBT) in a digital platform, focusing on developing and testing network models for use in clinical practice. The goal is to improve the practical utility of these models for clinicians and clients, particularly in internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (iKBT). Condensed work plan: The project will start in March 2025 with an initial focus on stakeholder engagement, including meetings with site managers and staff at Psykologpartners. Data collection will take place across their various offices, with the researcher working 50% of the time in 2025 and 30% in 2026. The data will be analyzed to optimize network models, with follow-up evaluations in 2026. Expected results: The project is expected to result in improved network models that are clinically useful for therapists and beneficial for clients, providing a scientific foundation for enhanced PBT and iCBT applications. The findings will contribute to the development of more effective digital therapeutic tools, strengthening both academic and industrial practices.
Popular science description
